Hi all. I’m uploading a couple of new tours for Rhode Tour and I’m having trouble with the map pins. They appear on the map on for each individual item, but they don’t appear on the map for the Rhode Tour splash page or on the splash pages for the new tours. I have tried eliminating incorrect characters, spaces, lines, etc. Someone else was able to upload another new tour, so I’m guessing it’s a software problem on my laptop. The tours are Organizing New Bedford and Pawtuxet River Mills. Any suggestions?
Hi @ronald_potvin, it looks like none of the stories/items in your tours are public. Publishing the stories will add them to the global maps, as well as the tours. Publishing the tours will add them to your tours list(s).
