Hero image different on page and story

Is there a reason the “hero” image associated with a story would be different when a story is displayed on the site front page vs. the story itself? Example:

The image in the second screenshot (story main page) is the top-ranked file on the Item Files section, and the one I want to display everywhere.

Yeah, this is a weird little quirk I need to address in a future update. In the item admin form, just drag any file from one spot to another (and back to where you want it), then save. That should fix it.
