Can we use CSV Import with Curatescape?

Just getting started with Curatescape and wonder if we’ll be able to use CSV import?

Yes, you can use the CSV Import plugin.

Note that you’ll need to install the Curatescape Admin Helper plugin first in order to have access to the Curatescape Story item type (which contains the custom metadata fields you’ll need).

Likewise, you’ll want to have a good understanding of how content is created in Curatescape projects, since it differs somewhat from typical Omeka sites. For example, each item is expected to have multiple files (and you’ll need to manually add file metadata after importing since the CSV Import plugin does not support the importing of file-level metadata).
